I love Maki Maki in the Irvine Spectrum. They have the best sushi in my opinion. My bf HATED sushi before I brought him there, now we go there all the time. It is Americanized Japanese food, that might be the reason. We usually get a bunch of rolls for everyone to share. The kome kome (sp?) is a sake that is sweet and light. if they are out, there are no close substitutes. Their rolls range from $6-around $15
