This is absolutely my favorite restaurant in Gainesville. It has a great location too. Conveniently located right next to the mall. This is a Japanese style steakhouse. They put on a show for you right at the table. I have been to many Japanese steakhouses and this is by far the best one with the best food and the greatest staff. The cooks are very talented. I usually order the chicken and shrimp. It comes with a miso soup and salad with ginger dressing. Next is the performance, as i like to call it. The first serve you the rice, then the meats and lastly they will cook up the noodles for you. They also serve two different types of sauces to dip ur food in while you are eating. A yellow/orange "secret sauce" and the same ginger sauce that was on the salad. Depending on what you order, you cant expect to spend about $20 a person. This is well worth the money!!
