A Family Affair at the Waterpark

Save some money and bring your own food. Most rooms have a fridge and it's a great way to save some cash and escape the water park to your room for a little while.

Best Way To Get Around:

We recently visited the Blue Harbor resort for an extended family getaway. This is the 2nd year in a row we have gone, and it's a lovely place to visit.

The only children in the group were 2 and 4 years old. I think the indoor water park is great for both ages -- especially if your children are adventurous. The 4 year old loved the big water slides. As adults however, we thought they were only okay. I think that for anyone with young children, it is a great getaway. But if you kids are older (10+) and like to be adventurous, Noah's Ark and Mt Olympus in the Wisconsin Dells are a better choice.
