incredible french seafood (plouf means splash in french-) open-air dining served by true french waiters. the food was so good, that the tres french service didn't bother us -we didn't even care that our entrees came before the appetizers and the wine! you eat either inside or out amoung diners al fresco from the surrounding restaurants. a must see!
