Here's the story of Disney World with mom, two sisters, and Emma.

Earl of Sandwich

Restaurant

Earl of Sandwich

The Earl of Sandwich was a great surprise for our first meal at the Walt Disney World Resort. Sandwiches were reasonably priced ($4.95), but the sides were a bit pricey ($2-3), but looked tempting and healthy. Drink choices included Coke products and an interesting blend of lemonade and Earl Grey tea called the Earl's Grey Lemonade. Desserts ranged from chocolate cake to big yummy cookies.

Plenty of seating was available both inside and outside the restaurant, and there was never a long wait for a seat. Also available: yogurt, salads, wraps, beer, smoothies and ice-cream sandwiches, and breakfast.

This is a great restaurant where everyone will find something to please them. It's a great value, and I wouldn't hesitate to step back on in.

*This restaurant is a Quick Service on the Disney Dining Plan.

Ghirardelli Soda Fountain

Quite crowded at 10pm on a Friday night it was difficult to snag a table at this ice-cream hot spot. Both indoor and outdoor seating was available and servers brought out your order.

Typical, over-priced Ghirardelli sweet shop, but for those not from the West Coast this would be a special treat. Sadly, for those of us from the West Coast there's no other ice-cream places at Downtown Disney, so if you want a sweet treat this is the only place to get it.

Restaurantosaurus

Although information available online indicated that fast food and other items were available at this restaurant, it was only McDonald's food with the addition of hot dogs.

There is a fixings bar where you can add to your burger, and plenty of seating. The lines can be long though, so be prepared. There was a line waiting when the restaurant opened.
