Relax on a Deserted Island

Overview

Quote:
Hiking, walking the beach, sunbathing, swimming, and visiting the ruins are the best things to do here.

Quick Tips:

Best Way To Get Around:

You take an ferry from St. Marys, Georgia at a cost of per adult and per child. And a per person to visit the island. Walking is the best way to get around, but there are bicycle rentals.

Story/Tip

What a wonderful getaway, I've seen dolphins on they ferry ride over and the island will mostly be all yours because they only let a certain amount of people on per day. The wild horses are sure to be seen, but are very timid sometimes mean if you try to go up to them. If you're lucky you may see sea turtles (I did not). You must bring your own food and beverages, none is provided on the island. There are restrooms and a drinking fountain (but a far walk from the beach). Bug spray is a must and sunscreen highly recommended. JFK Jr. was married on this island.
