This is about our trip to Disney during Easter week. We expected heat and crowds but found it very manageable.

Overview

I think the best thing to do regarding parks is go early in the morning and break around lunchtime. Go back to your resort and swim and nap. Head back on to the park at night to see the parade and fireworks!

Quick Tips:

If you plan to stay on Disney property, I recommend the dining plan. It cost 38 dollars per adult per night and 12 per child per night. We got so much value out of it Don;t forget your reservations they take them up to 180 days in advance.

Best Way To Get Around:

Disney buses/monorails are adequate for us but some may want to consider a rental car.

Restaurant | "Crystal Palace (character lunch and dinner)"

This was one of our favorite character dinners. It is an all-you-can-eat buffet, and the Winnie the Pooh characters circulate the restaurant. They will stop at your table and take pictures with you. The food was a buffet, and it was excellent. I was surprised because usually buffets are not very good. We loved the salmon, roast beef, and the pasta. Don't forget to try the delicious desserts--we loved the pineapple flan!

Attraction | "Disney Spectro Magic"

This parade is spectacular, you see practically every Disney character. The lights are amazing, the music brings tears to your eyes. The fireworks are phenomenal.

We liked this a lot. There were so many different clubs to check out and many fine dining spots, such as Wolfgang Puck Cafe. We also saw Planet Hollywood. On a nice night there is plenty to do, just walking round and seeing the sights. If you feel like shopping, head over to Downtown Disney marketplace and get ready to shop, shop, shop. Pleasure Island drinks can get pricey-be sure to get a piña colada...mmmmhhhhh.

Attraction

This was awesome--the views on the boat are spectacular! I didn't have a ressie for this; I just chanced it and asked on that particular day if a boat was available and it was. You are charged by the hour.
