After reading horrible reviews of this resort, I was terrified of what we would be checking into. Our condo was absolutely wonderful. We had a tri-level unit with one bedroom down and one upstairs and the living area in the middle. It was very clean. The only negative was a few spots on the carpet which was to be expected in a family resort. They are doing many renovations in the resort and the employees are trying very hard to please everyone. The pool was very clean and nice. The magician was great and the putt-putt was well-kept. I highly recommend this for families. The local restaurants in the area are friendly and reasonable. Bushkill Falls was a wonderful day for us. Lancaster was about 2 hours away and the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed the "total Amish experience" adventure. If we had our grandchildren with us we would have gone into Hershey since it was so close to Lancaster. This resort has really made a turnaround. Just make sure you ask for a remodeled unit. It seems there is only one group of buildings that has not been remodeled and they are working hard to bring those along too. If you golf, the golf course looked really nice. Our condo overlooked the 17th hole and we had a groundhog that played outside each morning. How peaceful!
