Overview

We went to the North Carolina zoo, it is a great place to walk and see the animals. They have a lot of pottery shops if you are into that, which I am not.

Quick Tips:

This is a place to go and relax, not a lot of activities in the area.

Best Way To Get Around:

We traveled by car.

The food was great as was the service. They were very busy when we arrived, but we did not wait long for a table. The server was very attentive.

Attraction | "North Carolina Zoo"

The zoo was very clean and the animals well kept. The day we went it rained off and on, but there are several indoor exhibits that we managed to stay somewhat dry. It is a lot of walking, some of it uphill.
