Ah, the best thing to do in Naples is sight-see in the city, with the people you love and are close to. You can visit the Castel Nuovo, the Teatro San Carlo, and the Galleria Umberto I, along with countless stands and vendors of things in the street which make the trip unforgettable.

Quick Tips:

In Naples, never carry too much money with you at one time; no one can give change for it. Also, if you are military, you can stay at the Navy Lodge in Gricignano, so you can keep your hotel bill lower.

Best Way To Get Around:

Public transportation, especially buses and trains, are the best for the city. Walking in the city is efficient, but if you get tired easily, you should take public transportation. Car rental is very expensive, and you will need an international drivers license, so I do not always recommend it.

Teatro San CarloBest of IgoUgo

Attraction

The theatre was built in 1737, the oldest theater in Europe. It has seasons in which it will either perform classical music, ballet, or opera. Tickets need to be bought ahead of time, and there is a website which discusses the theater more. It is an unforgettable experience, and everyone should go at least once. Be prepared to spend in excess of $100 a ticket; and dress very elegantly. It is a classy place.
