My trip to the National Zoo was okay. The Zoo is laid out over a large area and there is a lot of walking!

The zoo was nice, but it was so large—and uphill! We were exhausted. The food was rather expensive and if we go back we would eat before and after. The animals are great—be sure to check online for activities to schedule, and worksheets for the kids to complete as they visit.
