The countryside is spectacular. Including some great lake areas. However in the summer the local population throw garbage where they stand. Villages in the Mountains are intresting but can be a little boring. The culture has been lost and divided. Hundreds of small quaint shops within for the avid shopper but the main problem is all the shop have the same produce and most of the products are fake. The people are warm, friendly, and sincere. It is nice to meet people who are truly genuine. Well this is a long story. I will try and keep it short.I was sitting in Vienna enjoying Sushi before returning to Kosovo. I knew I would not enjoy Japanese food for some time. In Kosovo the food is pretty uncreative and I tend to suffer from stomach pains when I return.I thought, I am going to change this. I asked the Chef in this little Sushi house if he fancied a change.
