If you wish to visit Paris or Versailles with your family, the cabins (Cabanes) of Huttopia Versailles are simply great. You stay in the forest, in a very peaceful place. The campground was totally renovated in 2005. The cabins are great (you can cook, and there's even a dishwasher and a wood stove!). Your kids can play with the games available and swim in the heated swimming-pool, which is great after visiting Paris all day long. And it's only 5-minutes walk to the train station to go to Paris (RER) in less than 20 minutes. You can of course also visit the Palace (only 5 minutes from the campground).
