Hotel | "Hilton LAX"

Hilton LAX
This is a good, basic hotel. Don't let the name Hilton fool you, the design is much like any other hotels. Their beds are comfortable, though. And flat screen TVs are in every room, although they sometimes don't cooperate with the remote controls. Location is very close to the airport, but you get used to the airplane noise.

This place is great! Always packed, but worth the wait. Cheap, cheap food, and its really really good. A cup of coffee? nine cents! Salads for $3.75, and fabulous french dip sandwiches for under five bucks, this is the place to go.

Attraction | "South Coast Plaza Shopping Center"

South Coast Plaza
Only one word can describe this shopping center. Wow. No where else in the world, not even on Rodeo Drive, can you find many of theses stores all together. Dolce and Gabbana, Versace, Hermes, Gucci, Escada, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Burberry, Saks Fifth Avenue, Dior...just to name a few. It is the largest high-end shopping mall in the nation. Leave at least 3 hours to just pop your head in each of the stores. There are "normal" stores too, such as Ann Taylor, Macys, The Gap, Pottery Barn, etc. Tons of restaurants too. Better than Disneyland!

Attraction | "LA Lakers Game"

Staples Center
Going to a Lakers game is a "staple" of a trip to Los Angeles. Definitely will be something to remember! Just be sure to buy tickets early. Spend an extra few bucks for better seats, it will most definitely be worth it.
