Located conveniently in downtown St. Louis, this hotel is within walking distance of several interesting sights in St. Louis, including the Gateway Arch, The Landing, and is right next door to the Edward Jones Dome. The room we stayed in was very large and had a king sized bed and a hide-a-bed in the sofa. There was a desk where you could set up a laptop and connect to the Internet. There is a small, but nice indoor pool as well as a hot tub.

Breakfast is served downstairs every morning and is reasonably priced for what you get on the buffet. A very nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Located in beautiful Forest Park, the zoo is well worth the $9 parking! My two boys loved the fact that they got their very own maps to follow and the maps are clearly and easily marked so they could point out which animals they wanted to see. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds. I have been to other zoos where the grounds were very littered. The food is a little pricey, but that is expected of any park. They also have a lot of shows such as the sea lion show, a bird show, and various others depending on what is scheduled for that time of the year. There is also a train that you can ride for additional fees, but was fun for the kids. Also fo...Read More

This is a very plain, yet awe-inspiring monument. And we hadn't even gone inside the museum yet. My boys thought this was just about the "coolest" thing they'd ever seen. The way the sun reflects off of the arch and the view of the Mississippi River makes this such a neat thing to see. Inside the arch, you can tour the Museum of Westward Expansion. Here you can see some of the things that Lewis and Clark explored as well as how people lived in the "old west" times, including many other interesting facts. You can also take a tram ride (actually an elevator) to the top of the arch where you can get an amazing view of St. Louis. The kids will love this monument! My kids are still ...Read More

Morgan Street is quite the happening place on the weekends. It is a fun place to go dancing and enjoy a few drinks with your friends. It is a great place to meet new people as well. There is usually plenty of parking in nearby parking lots for a $5 fee. My favorite place to go hang out with my friends in St. Louis on Friday or Saturday nights!
