The property gives an overall impression of being a 1960s style lodging facility. The building is situated within 20 feet of the 4-lane parkway, which makes for continual loud vehicle noise. This made sleeping difficult in rooms with paper-thin doors and walls. The parking lot is very small, and vehicles park within a few feet of the rooms, which adds to an already noisy location. Rooms show age and much wear and tear. Our room had a musty mildew odor, which seemed to come from the air-conditioning unit and the bathroom. Our friends reported the same problem in their room.
