I stayed at the Hotel De L'Emperor in Paris, France. It was a lovely little place at a decent price.

The Hotel De L'Empereur was a beautiful little hotel in Paris, France. We were there during the beginning of the Tour De France and it was still moderately priced. It's right next to Hôtel National des Invalides or Napoleon's Tomb and museum. This hotel is also an easy walk away from the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were small but nice and clean. You could choose from a single room or double and there were also triple and quad rooms available. Many hotels in Paris are very expensive and this one was only about €$100 a night for a double occupancy room in the summer.

There is computer access in the downstairs lobby for those who need it. They offer a nice breakfast every morning that is extra money but delicious. Many other restaurants and shops were fairly close by. If you do search engines on the Internet, this hotel does not often show up. Many of the trip advising websites also don't mention this lovely little hotel. I would recommend going directly to their website to book. If you are looking for a decent priced hotel in the Heart of Paris, I promise... you won't be disappointed. www.hotelempereur.com.
