Besides being right across from the beach, it was in the heart of the historic Art Deco District.
Resort Experience:
Our favorite vacation is being on the beach, so this year was extra special because we could sit on the beach all day, and walk down the nightspots and restaurants for dinner. We didn't rent a car because there was no need. Everything was within walking distance, unless you wanted to go into Miami. Our favorite place to eat was at Jerry's Famous Deli—open 24 hours. South Beach is definitely a "go back to" place for us.
