Chinese fast food.
Here you get good quality and great quantity.
The flavor is good and the service is prompt and corteous.
In Culiacán and in general all the North-Pacific Coast zone of Mexico you will find that Chinese food is prevailing, and there are some reasons for it: there were a lot Chinese workers brought to this area to build the railroad (same as San Francisco and Vancouver) and they stayed after that, bringing along their food preferences and now there are big crops of Chinese vegetables and their food is very popular because is tasty and very cheap.
At Wok Express you will find the usual fare, spring rolls, chop suey, chow fan, etc. So nothing special to report there, just that is prepared with good flavor, not like in other places with less experience or not a Chinese cook on site. Here at least you will be sure that the cooks have Asian blood.
Just be careful, the packages are good, and you will tend to ask for a bit of everything and you won't be able to finish your food, so I recommend that you pace yourself and start slowly and if still hungry ask for more a bit at a time.
Overall a good experience and very cheap one.
