The only other complaint we had was that the sofa bed and the bed in the bedroom were very uncomfortable. Out of 7 nights, I slept only one night as the bed was terrible. RCI neglects to make people aware of the Smoking Policy at all resorts, and we had no knowledge it was a voluntary non-smoking resort and that we were expected to smoke outside, in spite of the fact it was 20ºF some nights. I had requested an ionizer, which they did have, but we were never given one. We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations in spite of the previously mentioned drawbacks. Housekeeping was very prompt and efficient. The resort is very nice, but we were surprised to find that their pool was empty and the charge to use a neighboring pool was $12 per person. We were usually gone during the day, so the unit served its purpose as far as having a home base to operate from.
