Easy access from Sky Harbour Airport. Close to main highways. Very nice motel, it is clean, friendly, and has very good service. Very pleased with our room, and the pool was clean, private and very nice. We stayed 2 nights and were very satisfied. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a large variety of fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, bagels, muffins, danish, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. High Speed Internet at no charge.

Very nice accommodations. We had a room on the ground flood with an outdoor patio overlooking the pool. The hotel had a restaurant and bar, food, and the service was excellent. Close to shopping. High speed Internet access was free to hotel guests. We spent 2 nights and were very comfortable, the room was a good size, and had a refrigerator in the room, and free HBO. I would stay here again.

La Quinta Inn, Phoenix, Az.
Best Things Nearby:
Shopping, golf course, horseback riding, and hot air balloon rides.

Best Things About the Resort:
Beautiful grounds, Condos were very nice, clean, well equipped. Pool was just outside our door. Nice balcony with a real nice view.

Resort Experience:
It was a gated community with beautiful scenery and a large fountain with beautiful floral arrangements. Furniture was in very good condition, condo was very clean and well cared for. The only noise we encountered was from the pool in the afternoon and you only heard that if you were out on the balcony. The master bath was very large with an additional dressing room. The bedrooms were large, the master bedroom had a second TV. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone we met was very friendly. Washer/Dryer in unit, two phones, kitchen was well equipped. We were very satisfied with the accomodations and would stay there again.

Best Things Nearby:
Golf course, driving range, Lowell Observatory, Flagstaff Aborteum, Arizona Snowbowl, Route 66.

Best Things About the Resort:
Good location, attractive setting, staff (for most part) were very gracious and friendly.

Resort Experience:
We booked a one bedroom, as that was all that was available. Tried to upgrade several times before we arrived but nothing available, so we were told. On arrival we were put in a 400-feet² one bedroom, which would have been impossible for four adults to stay in for a whole week. There wasn't enough room to open the sofa bed, and we would have been tripping over one another. I complained to the manager, and we were promptly given a Complimentary upgrade to their largest one-bedroom unit, which was over 1000 feet², and the unit was very nice.

The only other complaint we had was that the sofa bed and the bed in the bedroom were very uncomfortable. Out of 7 nights, I slept only one night as the bed was terrible. RCI neglects to make people aware of the Smoking Policy at all resorts, and we had no knowledge it was a voluntary non-smoking resort and that we were expected to smoke outside, in spite of the fact it was 20ºF some nights. I had requested an ionizer, which they did have, but we were never given one. We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations in spite of the previously mentioned drawbacks. Housekeeping was very prompt and efficient. The resort is very nice, but we were surprised to find that their pool was empty and the charge to use a neighboring pool was $12 per person. We were usually gone during the day, so the unit served its purpose as far as having a home base to operate from.
