Quote: I was in Cassis from August until December 1998. It is a nice little resort town about 22km from Marseille. The seafood is great--try it with some Cassis wine.

Chez Gilbert Best of IgoUgo

Restaurant

Quote:
We ate at Chez Gilbert several times during our stay in Cassis. The second time that we ate there the waiter remembered us and started our dinner with a complimentary drink. Also, some of the people in our party did not speak French so our waiter spoke to us in French and English. Chez Gilbert has the best Bouillabaisse in Cassis, it is excellent.
