Best Way To Get Around:

Car rental. Taxi service is sometimes hard to get and there aren't really any good bus connections.

The tenderloin with bourbon reduction and lobster mashed potatoes is one of my favorite selections. It is a small resturaunt with close seating in a historic part of lexington. International cuisine with some local color added. There is a full bar service. They carry many good wines.

This is a wonderful downtown resturaunt. Serves Caribbean food. There is an outdoor patio when the weather is nice with full bar and food service outside. It is a popular dining spot as well as a great happy hour gathering place. The coconut shrimp is incredible.

This is a resturaunt in the Gratz Park Inn and is spectacular. They have a lot of Kentucky and regional favorites with an elegant flare. YOu may find fried chicken, lamb, and a tenderloin which is excellent. The lunch menu includes specialty sandwhiches and salads. The desserts are incredible with homemade icecreams and sorbets as well as chocalote flourless cake and creme brulee with bourbon. If you are staying in the historic Gratz Park Inn or some other place in Lexington I would highly recommend this fine resturuant.
