Resort Experience:
Paradise Beach is one of the oldest resorts, but it has the best location. The food was fantastic and the nightly shows were great and funny; they get the audience involved and give away prizes. The people were very friendly and helpful.

There are a lot of side activities you can purchase. We purchased the jungle safari and it was fantastic. They take you to people's houses and show you realistically how poor they live. I observed a chicken laying an egg on a bed and drank coffee from the beans they picked off their land. It was the best coffee ever. Also on the trip, you go through the jungle and slide down waterfalls into natural springs.

Back at the resort, we ate ocean-view meals every day, and it was all-inclusive. We were close to the Amber Museum; the Dominican Republic is famous for its blue amber. Overall, it was a very nice vacation, and I would go back again
