It was a little crowded (as expected on a Friday night), but the servers were very helpful in finding us a table. My boyfriend, who has been to Ireland, says that it's very much like the Irish pubs he visited over there. I got a beer sampler, and the corned beef and cabbage, and it was very good. Most of the items on the menu were traditional Irish meals. The live music was a little loud, and we were somewhat disappointed that the band played The Beatles, as opposed to traditional Irish music, but I've heard there are Irish bands that play there as well. I can't wait to go back and take my friends. The service was pretty good, but our server was waiting four tables at one time, so we could tell she was busy. They also have an area for darts. Definitely a great place to meet new people and hang out with friends.

Restaurant | "The Dessert Lady"

I took my boyfriend there last night as a surprise. If you don't already know, she provided the recipes for the desserts at Seasons 52. The cafe was adorable, with low lighting and elegant seating. Our server was very friendly. I had the hot chocolate, which was very good, and the flourless chocolate torte, and my boyfriend had the peanut butter chocolate torte. Both were amazing. Most of the desserts cost around $8, but it was well worth every penny. Other desserts include the carrot cake (which she is famous for), cheesecake, and a few other chocolate creations. It also serves as a wine bar, and has a wide selection of various wines. The Dessert Lady is open Tuesday-Saturday from 11am to 11pm. She is close enough to Orlando for a quick trip for dessert, but also close enough to the tourist attractions for the out of town visitors. The Dessert Lady is a great place for a romantic evening, or to take friends for a special occasion.
