You get a room with a kitchen, and a good view of the mountains of Honolulu. The hotel is not right next to Waikiki Beach, but is a short walk from it. In addition, the hotel has its own website, www.ilima.com, and toll-free reservation number.

Ala Moana Shopping Center

Attraction | "Ala Moana Center"

I recommend this shopping center because has lots of Hawaiian stores such as ABC Stores, Crazy Shirts, and Hilo Hattie, and such restaurants as Bubba Gump, California Pizza Kitchen, and Morton's. The center also has such familiar department stores as Macy's, Neiman Marcus, and Sears. In addition, there a lot of buses running between it and Waikiki.
