Marriott Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa Best of IgoUgo

Hotel | "Marriott Waikiki Resort and Spa"

Quote:
Great location! This hotel sits near Kuhio Beach, within walking distance of Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, dining, etc. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. The elevators are a bit slow, but we loved lounging by the pool. Our 'partial view' room, not only had a view of the ocean but Diamondhead as well. Be sure to go to the Genoa Keawe's Hawaiians at the Moana Terrace.

I have eaten here twice. Both times the staff was friendly and helpful. The views are fabulous, and the meals were very good. Try to get there in time for the sunset, it is beautiful!

Pearl Harbor and USS Arizona Memorial Best of IgoUgo

Attraction | "Pearl Harbor - Arizona & Missouri"

Quote:
The Arizona Memorial is a great hands on experience for children. We took our 16-year-old daughter, much to her dismay. Despite the fact that she went in viewing it as a school lesson, she came a way with a different outlook after meeting two Pearl Harbor survivors. A MUST-SEE if you go to Oahu.

Hanauma Bay Marine Preserve Best of IgoUgo

Attraction | "Hanauma Bay Nature Park"

Quote:
Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve is a beautiful place to spend some snorkel time. But snorkeling can tire you out, so be sure to keep an eye on the kids. The current fees at Hanauma Bay are $1 per car to park, and $5 per person to enter. The entrance fee is waived for children under 13, and the park is open daily except Tuesday. Facilities include changing rooms and showers, food concessions, and snorkeling equipment rentals. Get there early, as parking is limited and fills up quickly.
