excellent Service.Resort Experience:From Check-in to check-out, our time at Club Velas Vallarta was a warm and pleasant experience. We were greeted each day with warm friendly faces and bright smiles, which made us feel special and part of the resort family.
The one negative experience was the timeshare presentation, which was irritating to my wife when the closer started with high pressure tactics and insulting her. No sale was made.
