Driving through the Florida Keys was an amazing and breathtaking experience. I was flabbergasted at the beauty that lay before my eyes. The 3-hour drive through the Florida Keys was unforgettable. With so much to see and take in, it left me amazed. The water was so blue and the views were endless. The only way to get to Key West and through the Florida Keys is by Highway 1, which connects the many islands that make up the Keys. When you drive through the Keys, you see water for several miles and an occasional patch of land and beach. Key West is filled with culture and entertainment. Now, we did not stay in Key West for very long, so my knowledge of all the activities is limited. I do know, however, that I saw tons of things to do and see and places to eat.When we went to the beach, there were all kinds of rentals: boats, chairs, rafts, bikes, etc. There are also many tours available, like boat and bus/trolley tours, and you can also go for day trips to some of the other islands and keys.Key West has several little shops and stores, and the streets are filled with them.
