Every day walk for about 5 hours. The road is a mud road. Sometimes there is slope, but it is not difficult. Stay with families, with hot water shower and simple food. The first day you take a 3-hour walk along Mekong River, with a lunch stop in a village. You go 2 hours up to stay overnight in a village. On the second day you go 1.5 hours to Aini, 1 hour to Ake, a half-hour through a pineapple plantation, and 1.5 hours to Dai. On the third day you go 1 hour up, 1 hour through a rain forest, and 2 hours along a stream in the valley.
