We encountered exceptional service and friendliness the time we made our reservations and throughout our stay. We were allowed to check in early and our room and bathroom were spotless. Whenever we encountered a resort employee, we received a very courteous greeting. We would return again, not just for the amazing service and accommodations, but also because of the proximity (a short walk) to Silver Strand Beach. Catch the beach sunsets, enjoy the pools and the hot tub, get a massage at the spa, and enjoy a delicious dinner at Azzura Point. Don’t forget to sign up for a free Loews First membership ( for some nice extras!
