This place is awesome. You just walk in and it's like a cafe. They have about 20 different dishes you can choose from. You just point to which one you want and they serve up one portion for $0.50. You can get as many portions of whatever you want, but three or four is plenty. Mix and match and have fun. You can also order a juice for $0.50 if you want. (I would suggest maracuya, which is passion fruit, mmm...) If you order four items, they will bring you free soup.

Simple and straight-forward, you'll be glad you tried it. If you ever get tired of this place, you can wander down to the end of the same street and eat at Miranda's, which is exactly the same, just a little more expensive and a little fancier, with a better selection. There is another Casa Vegetariana in El Dorado area right by the big mall. I ate there and it was just as good, with all the same dishes. If you ever find one of these in Michigan, let me know!!
