Attraction | "Las Vegas"
We always get free nights at Stardust and Sam's Town, so we are able to spend 5 days here, and they even give us money for one meal each. With two places to stay, we have variety. There is so much to see and so little time to do it. Every hotel is different and a must-see. The shows are fantastic and have a variety of subjects and prices. Some are even free. There are tours of nightlife in Las Vegas, or go to the Grand Canyon, a chocolate factory, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, the desert, and many other places. We do very little gambling. If we wanted to do that, we would stay home. Don't miss the laser show downtown for free. Go to the top of the Stratosphere Hotel and see the lights as far as you can see--such a beautiful sight at night. See the living statue at the Venetian, go to the museums, and observe the dancing waters at the Belagio. Go to the top of the Eiffel Tower at the Paris Resort. Visit Henderson & Laughlin. We like Sam's Town because they even have a bowling alley. These are just a few of our favorite things to do.
Every kind of restaurant is here, too. We always go to Lonestar Steak House for the biggest and best baked sweet potato, and we don't have a Lonestar where we live, so we look forward to that. Well, this is just a sampling of the fun things to do in Vegas. Enjoy--we do.
