First Las Vegas Trip Best of IgoUgo

Overview

Quote:
Las Vegas is great if you like to gamble and have a few drinks. But this is not all yo can do here. My husband and I do not like to gamble much, so we did other things to occupy our time. It is very fun to visit all of the hotels. Each hotel has its own character and its own little shopping area. Also you have to visit shows and find great places to eat.If you want to splurge, then try the buffet at the Bellagio. It's expensive but well worth it. I would not recommend the buffets at the Circus Circus Hotel or the Harrah's hotel. They are very bad.Quick Tips: My husband and I took our very first trip to Las Vegas NV. It was a wonderful experience. The best thing to do wh...Read More

My husband and I stayed at the Harrahs hotel right in the middle of the Vegas strip. It was a really nice hotel. The rooms were very clean, and all the amenities were working fine. Also, housekeeping was great because everything was done in a timely manner. What I did not like about his hotel was the buffet restaurant Flavors. The food was not very appetizing. Everything was cold and tasteless. But overall, the hotel was great. Good location at a great bargain.

My husband and I went to the Harley Davidson Cafe along the Strip. The services was excellent. We were seated in a timely manner and the waiter was very friendly. He gave us time to pick our meal and made fun comments. While waiting for our food, we took pictures on a motorcycle and bought those photos. The food arrived and it was delicious. We both had turkey burgers, fries, cole slaw and dessert. Prices are very reasonable. Overall, I would highly recommend this cafe because it has easy access to the Strip, great food and services, and the prices are very affordable.

Bellagio Best of IgoUgo

Hotel | "Bellagio Hotel Casino"

The water and light show that is presented at the Bellagio Hotel fountains are amazing. The show is free and it plays every 15-30 minutes in the eveing until midnight. There are amazing lights and the founatins dance with the lights and backround music. Every time that the show plays, there is different music in the backround. Everyone stops to watch the free show. It is a must see in Vegas and it is one of the best free attractions that I have seen. It also attracts people to enter the hotel and casino. The entrance of the hotel is spectacular. The decor is elegant yet fun. There is an asian theme to the decoration and they have beautiful fountains inside. My favorite part is the jeweled pony located...Read More

Another must-see is the pirate show at Treasure Island Hotel and Casino. This is another free attraction in Las Vegas that is definitely worth your time. You can visit the Treasure Island Casino in the day and see all of the pirate ships. However, every night from 6pm to 8pm, they have a light and smoke show. It is absolutely wonderful. You see the pirate ship lights, colored smoke, and sirens fill the area. It is a great show, a must-see. However, I do recommend that if you have small children, you hold them tightly, because at some points in the show, it is hard to see your surroundings. But it is usually safe in that area. Otherwise, it's fantastic.

Venetian Resort Hotel Casino Best of IgoUgo

Attraction | "Venetian Resort & Casino"

Quote:
I loved walking through the shops at the Venetian Resort and Casino. It took me back to my vacation in Italy. I also enjoyed the area that replicated all of the cathedrals in Italy. If you have never visited Italy and can't afford to travel to Europe, the Venetian Hotel is the next best thing. My husband and I took a gondola ride through the hotel. The man sang to us. It was very romantic. The casino at the Venetian is inviting. I appreciated that the casino was not very smoke-filled. And the suites in the towers are beautiful. It is well worth the trip to Vegas.
