This is a unique botanical garden that is dedicated to conservation of cacti and other succulent plants from all over the Western hemisphere. Of the plants on display, many are rare or endangered in their native habitat. The setting is unique in terms of architectural design and plant display. The garden is small and takes about 25 minutes to walk around. It is about 15-minute walk from the Royal Solaris resort. Royal Solaris also offers tours to the downtown San Jose del Cabo that include visiting this unique Botanical Garden.

The shuttle took us to the Marina at Cabo San Lucas. It is about 30- to 35-minute drive from the Royal Solaris. We boarded the Cruise Ship and sailed to the Arch and Lover's Beach. We saw some sea lions along the way, but didn't get close enough to take good pictures. The boat stopped at Lover's Beach for about an hour for snorkeling, and lunch was also served at the time. Lunch included light Mexican appetizers, and drinks were available throughout the whole tour (margaritas, pina coladas, beer, soda). The whole tour was about 4.5 hours. The entertainment also included a couple of games/competitions, with prizes awarded to the winners.
