Hotel

It's a little bit cold, but the bedrooms are okay and have clean bathrooms. It has laundry service as well, but there is no clean personnel. Doors close at 10pm. Except for New Year's Eve, it is open all night long so you can get to the hotel anytime.

You can sail on your own in small boats and kayaks or rent a bigger boat and sail around the Calvary. Usually the service cost Bs. 15 for a half-hour.

Copacabana CavalryBest of IgoUgo

Attraction

It's called The Cavalry--a mountain in honor of the Virgin of Copacabana, a Catholic figure, with a stone path that leads you to the top of the mountain where you can see some figures of Catholicism. But after all, the view is spectacular; it should take a like a half an hour to get to the top of the mountain without resting, because let me tell you that if you are not well with the altitude of the place, you will need several times to make your heartbeat a little bit less. I love the view; you can find some people who read you the future, called Yatiris, on one half of the path. They will read your future with beer and coca, like the ancient Aymaras.

The Mountain Next to the Town Copacabana, Bolivia

I think the two best options for New Year's Eve are Nemos, a bar with funk music, soul, and techno, and Waykis, kind of like Mongo's in La Paz. The music styles include Latin, hip-hop, salsa, rock, and many more top songs.
