You wouldn't want to run back to your room for a bathroom break--let's put it that way. But it IS walking distance to a beautiful beach, and if you prefer the pool you will love the many swimming pools on site. Also on site is a great little convenience store. You will be at the far end of the "strip," and we would have preferred to be in the middle, but if you like to walk you can make it to the other end pretty easily.
