With a veriety of over 3,000 roti to choose from, you need not ask what they specialize in! When here, this is a must!

Well known for Indo-Caribbean dishes - spicy as you want or no spice at all! Local drinks! Local foods! Hard liquor! Beers! Stout!

Ask for the okra with curried channa if you are a vegetarian, and a special frozen order for taking home to enjoy after your vacation is a must! If not, you'll sit on the couch and wonder how to get another of those mouth-watering roti!

From what I can remember, they have mutton, beef, curried chicken, five-spice chicken, fish, shrimp, conch - the conch is really good. Conch with pumpkin or sauteed vegetables - while you are in St. Kitts, you need to spend your lunch or dinner at least twice or three times - even that was not enough for me, and the prices are really excellent!
