Livin' La Vida Loca in Los Angeles

Overview

Quote:
You MUST hang downtown. You MUST take in an LA Dodger game. You MUST enjoy Olvera Street during Cinco de Mayo (at any time of the year)! You MUST experience the sensation of being in a freeway parking lot during rush hour - there's none other like it anywhere.

Quick Tips:

Protect your skin from the pollution and sunscreen.

Best Way To Get Around:

Downtown, you can get away with walking and public transportation. However, if your travels will take you further than that, you will want to have your own rental car as they area is vast. And if you are in LA, you will want to take advantage of surrounding areas like Hollywood, Long and Newport Beaches.

Mexican Village Restaurant & Cantina

Restaurant | "Mexican Village Restaurant"

Quote:
Mexican Village makes the VERY BEST homemade bean and cheese burritos, chips and salsa. There is nowhere else you can go in LA to get the quality, portions and authentic environment than at the Mexican Village. It is a popular lunching spot for those working in the Beverly area.
