Our stay was okay, but on our arrival, we asked for an upgrade, which we were told we could have the following day, so we did not unpack. On the following day, we were told we could not upgrade until the next day. Later that evening, our room on the third floor, along with about four other rooms, was broken into (no forced entry) just by using a swipe card, and my beloved Apple Powerbook laptop was stolen, along with a charger for my camera, my wife's switch card, and forty pounds in English money.All in all, it was not an enjoyable stay; we have been back now about two months--almost three.
