The Resort offers a shuttle service at interval. The staff are polite and nice. The Resort is clean and big.
Resort Experience:
We have rail passes so we travel to nearby area like Matsumoto, Nagano alps, and Tokyo. It will be a better time if we were to go there in summer cos there are much things to do and see but winter time is fine too as you can ski nearby the train station.
