Best Things Nearby:
Take the short hike to the historic lime kilns. Also, enjoy a sunset glass of wine at the adjacent beach.
Best Things About the Resort:
Creekside location.
Resort Experience:
This campground is often described as "big sur funky", meaning the spaces are small and close together. However, the stunning location along a creek and mature redwoods makes it stunning. Definately get a creekside spot, as the ocean side spots are on a paved parking lot and under the freeway. Free hot showers, and friendly camp ground staff. This is for car camping only; the place is too small to accommodate RVs.
