We spent a couple of days sitting in hot pools that started at 50 degrees C, high up the mountain near the water's source, and dropped to a more comfortable 35 degrees C farther down. In the evening you can sit in one of the pools and watch the stars. En route there is a perfectly serviceable hostel attached to the tourism office should you need to stay in Fiambalá.
