My sister, my little girl, and I went to Al Capone's Dinner Show Thanksgiving night. I called ahead and made reservations, and the lady told me that they were going to have a Thanksgiving feast. Well, the food was just horrible. They had mashed potatoes with no gravy, stuffing that was dry, and macaroni and cheese that was really runny.
They also said that they had rum runners and sangria, which were in pitchers, but when he served it to us, it was all watered down. Before the show started, they would let people sit early if you went to the bar and ordered a drink. The only good thing about the drinks there was the one drink we ordered from the bar. The bartender's name was Dutch, and he made my sister and I a speciality drink called a Dutch Treat. If we had not ordered that one good drink, the whole night would have been shot. Please do not go to Al Capone's for the food; you will be very upset if you do.
