The garden, which didn't have any flowers, was a massive landscape with woods, a vineyard, fountains, and endless mazes of bushes. From the hilltop (which is quite a hike in the Italian heat), you can see the entire city of Florence. Once again, I took millions of pictures, but nothing can possibly capture the view. We (my friend and I) climbed all over the hills, and along the way we saw the beautiful outdoors and met a couple other international travels, some of which didn't speak English. There are tourists climbing about, but you will still feel secluded, and you won't run into many of them. As we were going back down this massive hill, we stopped to watch a woman paint the view. The museum has an obscure entrance that looks like the entrance into a store. The lines to get in are, of course, very long, but they move surprisingly fast. We were inside within half an hour. I don't remember the exact price of admission, but I remember that it is around 8 euros per person. The inside of the Galleria is magnificent. The walls and floor are white marble, but of course, the splendor of the place lies in the artwork. There are many statues of all sizes in the Galleria Academia, but none as regal as the David.
