Cabo San Lucas

A May 2005 trip to Cabo San Lucas by David Dennis

Cabo water-based activities are the best! Parasailing, snorkelling, glass-bottom boat/taxis, and body surfing on Medano Beach.

Best Things About the Resort:
Deli and supermarket on site; excellent beach and activities. Walking distance to town.

Resort Experience:
Fun theme nights every day of the week—all-you-can eat and drink. Time share pitch worth the time to get the Gold Card discounts on resort based activities, stores and restaurants. Non-water view rooms aren't the greatest, but how much time do you spend in your room? Lounge chairs and towels are in short supply and despite "no holding" policy, get these early in the day or do without. Fun pool based activities daily. Good place for kids (Kids in Paradise) with the Whale slide, mini-golf, bingo and beach.

Playa MedanoBest of IgoUgo

Attraction | "Playa el Medano"

Total fun. You get used to the vendors quickly. So many activities to choose from. Breakfast at The Office is the best, with your feet in the sand. Book any water based activity right on the beach. Easy walk in to town on the beach - just stop for a beverage if you get tired. Watch the fish jumping at night. Cruise ships just add to the splendor.
