Lovely bar. Didn't try the restaurant but heard it was very good. Assisi is outstanding.

Nice bathrooms. Clean.
Resort Experience:
Physically quite a nice place. We did get given one of the worst units though, and there were plenty of empty ones. We were one of the few with no balcony to sit on to enjoy the stunning view of the countryside. Ours was a small balcony off the bedroom with a solid wall which finished just above eye-level. It was disappointing to arrive, carless on a Saturday evening with very little food, to find the shop was 1km away down a narrow, unlit country road (too dangerous to walk).
There was no milk, or any condiments whatsoever, so we had to snack on the rolls we had bought at the railway station in Rome, and a cup of tea (no kettle) with no milk. The bar was never open the whole time we were there. There were no wine glasses - only tumblers - in Italy!! The young female receptionist was very unhelpful and quite abrupt. They provided us with one tea towel to last 4 days until the linen change (and they forgot to change it even then). The pool was nice, and we met some very nice people there but you definitely are left very much to your own devices. A car is an absolute must. Assisi itself was worth putting up with those inconveniences, but service is not a word they are not very familiar with at this resort. This was our first experience at a timeshare resort since we bought into a timeshare scheme, and we are a little disappointed. We will probably stick to our own resort from now on.
