Myrtle Beach Golf Trip

A March 2005 trip to Myrtle Beach by earthkamp

Quote: This was a first-time visit to the Grand Strand for my golfing buddy Tim and me. Our plan was to fly Hooter's Air, play four games of golf, visit the ocean, and celebrate St Patrick's Day. Mission accomplished!

Myrtle Beach Golf Trip

You can't beat Hooter's Air for ease (flight operates as a charter), comfort (all seats are first-class), and fun (those Hooter girls are a hoot)! The grand old clubhouse is a photo-op--so are the kilt-clad starter and the well-dressed cart girl. Forgive me, I did not get her picture. The course, which was the first built in Myrtle Beach, was in immaculate condition. Don't miss the clam chowder served from a cast-iron kettle on the coarse.
