I have known Dona Martha, the owner, and her sons Tomas and Martin, for some years now and regard them as my second Nica family. Nicer people, you cannot meet. And their food is delicious. If you want to experience the real Nica food, this 'comedor' is the best in Granada!

Tomas speaks English. You can always ask him anything you want to know about Granada and the region around. He also makes jewels, real Nica-style. Ask him to show you his necklaces and earrings. You will be amazed.

Best Way To Get Around:

You will find the restaurant/comedor near the market in the Calle Vega. The address is: 'De la casa Pellas, 25 varas al sur'. Just ask people for 'el comedor de dona Martha Tenorio, cerca del mercado en frente del Matadero de Nandaime'.

The food Martha serves is 100% Nica and tastes really good. Her family are the nicest people around in the town and will always be willing to help you with whatever you need.
