The physical facility LOOKS like a luxury resort hotel, and the room had marble floors; a free mini-bar; a refrigerator stocked with beer, water, and soft drinks; and a balcony that, with a little neck-twisting, afforded an ocean view. The staff is rude and unhelpful. We carried our own bags to the front desk and then to our rooms, then retraced our steps when we left. The concierges are just there to sell, not to help you get the most out of your time there. They will actually sell you two outings for the same time period.
