MM Villas was a great treat! We were in unit no. 13, just off the first green of the golf course, which was not at all a nuisance. Upon entering the townhouse, the place opens wide. The water always seemed cloudy.) On the far side of the kitchen is an in-counter grill, which is really handy when you want to ability to grill while on vacation. The counter space is huge all around. The dining room has a large oak table that seats eight. The floor plan is wide open. Yo...Read More

Skyline Drive is a scenic route that takes you through Shenandoah National Park on a 102-mile road of the most beautiful scenery you could ever imagine. It starts at Waynesboro to the south and continues to Front Royal on the north end. There are two entry points near Elkton and Luray. Skyline Drive traverses the mountains that make up the eastern border of the Appalachians. There are numerous overlooks on either side of the road to take in the scenery and say "wow" a couple hundred times. There are so many picturesque settings, it's hard not to take pictures at every turn. There are trails and picnic areas at very many points all along the road. ...Read More
